Are you an African tech blogger or journalist?

The African Press Orgarnization (APO) is looking to award you with with transport, accommodation and a daily allowance to attend the 2015 edition of AfricaCOM. This has been dubbed as the biggest and best tech event in Africa to be held in Cape Town, South Africa, on 17-19 November 2015 and this is 18th year running.

Journalists also have a chance to win the APO Media award whose perks include a $500 allowance every month for a year, one laptop and an intercontinental flight ticket to a destination of his/her choice as well as access to over 600 airport VIP lounges for a year.

Science journalist Aimable Twahira from Rwanda and John Churu from Botswana are previous recipients of the AfricaCOM invitation. Sumitra Nydoo is the last winner of the APO Media award , for her piece entitled 'South Africa's Wonderbag Revolutionizes Cooking'.
