What affects employees' state of mind that could affect their efficiency on the job - adversely or favourably?
Is the company's ideology, as it relates to team, around the often said phrase - 'People are our greatest assets'?
Be part of their life. What makes them happy at work and what makes them go screaming on co-workers?

This is about lessons on the job, both individually or as teams, whatever the case, it is of great importance to learn from one another towards achieving the overall goal of the business.
Are we on track for our short and long term goals?
Goals for businesses serve as benchmark guiding its activities. Has government policy over the last year in any way affected the actualization of the goals? What effect will adapting to economic or environmental changes have on the business goals?
Are both the employer and the employees on the same page? This ensures that the commitment of everyone on board aligns.
