The Tecno Phantom 6 and Tecno Phantom 6 Plus were officially launched yesterday night at the Burj Khalif in Dubai. With a campaign tagline of Beauty and the Beast, the Phantom 6 is Beauty because of its extra sleekness and amazing build while the Tecno Phantom 6 Plus is the Beast as it packs monstrous heavy duty power underneath.

The Phantom 6 and Phantom 6 Plus are successors to the Phantom 5 which was Tecno's initial foray into the market of premium devices. The Phantom 6 and Phantom 6 Plus are way advanced than their predecessor.

We are unboxing a unit of the Phantom 6 Plus to see what "the Beast" is packing inside its carton.

What's in the box?

The box itself is a showy well packaged affair that has many compartments with a nylon wrapping holding everything in

TECNO-PHANTOM-6-3

Tearing off the nylon wrapping revealed a glossy black rectangular box that had another box inside

TECNO-PHANTOM-6-14

The "6' logo formed a brilliant outlet by the side of the box to push the inner box out without plenty fuss

TECNO-PHANTOM-6-20

There was a seal at the opposite end from the "6"

After tearing off the seal...

First Impressions

TECNO PHANTOM 6 imei edited

With all the power it is supposed to pack, the Tecno Phantom 6 Plus is really a Beast. At a massive 6 inches and with a battery that large, the Tecno Phantom 6 Plus is surprisingly lightweight.

TECNO-PHANTOM-6-58

The lightness makes it super easy to operate. Tecno Phantom 6 Plus will sell for between ₦92,000 -- ₦95,000.

As we have seen the plenty components of the box, I will be bringing you a comprehensive review in a couple of days to see what "the Beast" is packing under the hood.
