ProbityBooks is a cloud-based Business Accounting Software, designed for both product and non-product based business owners who want to grow their businesses.

The founders -- Adimula Adetayo (CTO), Ope Adelaja (CMO), Olushola Ogunniyi  (CINO) -- are friends who used to run a tech support company targeted at telcos, automobile, logistics and many other tech companies. They faced serious challenges managing their books and decided to develop a solution that will solve their accounting needs.

Inspired by the word "integrity", the idea behind ProbityBooks is to provide a secure means by which businesses can manage and track their activities from anywhere in the world.

What customers can do with the platform

Probity

According to the founders, the functionality ProbityBooks offer clients is nearly endless, but top on the list are; managing invoices, payments, expenses, inventory and even giving real-time business profitability reports.

Competitive Advantage

While accounting software such as Sage and Quickbooks are commonly used, according to the founders, ProbityBooks' advantage leans toward offering simple and cost-effective accounting services. This advantage is more pronounced in the claims to combine both Point of Sales (POS) and invoicing system that gives users professional accounting solutions to grow their business.

This they believe will be more localised for the Nigerian market. Visit the ProbityBooks website to learn more about the platform.
