What to do when you sight the VIO and the ultimate commandment - Thou shall not eat in front of your laptop

I know you're all familiar with that heart sinking feeling you get when you see the black and white-uniformed VIOs and company (such as LASTMA and FRSC). The assurance that there will always be something wrong with your car, which will eventually make you pay a fine. To avoid parting with your precious cash in unintentional situations, some creative people have opened a Twitter account called VIO Sightings. However, is social media the best way to outwit these officials?

If you eat in front of your laptop, then get ready to be obese.  A researcher at the University of Bristol in the UK told Reuters Health that eating lunch parked in front of a computer boosts a person’s appetite for dessert.
