Although you may be aware of these facts, here are some things you probably don't know about this 51-year old intellectual.
- As a child, his interest in drawing was fueled by films such as Planet of the Apes and comic books such as Beano, Whizzer&Chips and Commando.
- He graduated from Federal Government College Sokoto in 1983 as the best student in Technical Drawing.
- He first got an admission into Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria to study Architecture, but he soon dropped out and registered at the Birnin Kebbi Polytechnic, where he earned a degree in Architecture and was awarded the best all round student. He later studied Automobile Design at the College for Creative Studies, Detroit.
- Upon his graduation, he was employed by General Motors and they did not ask for his credentials. According to him, they were more interested in the design presentations that he made.
- He loves Ferraris. Because of this love, he almost went to Italy to study car design. However, his reluctance to learn Italian stopped him from that pursuit.
