Where to find your stolen phones

In conjunction with a software company, the Computer and Allied Product Dealers Association of Nigeria (CAPDAN) in Ikeja Computer Village have launched a website where stolen phones could be tracked with a unified phone database.

While this may be seen by as an effort for the tech cluster to redeem its reputation, it also serves as a reminder of a bigger problem. There is nothing unified in Nigeria. What can be done about this?
