Digital marketing is important for small and medium businesses as it allows them to attract their target market online. Often, the number of “followers” businesses have on their social media handles is proportional to their revenue generation ability.

However, driving traffic to these handles can be difficult for startups. In an attempt to solve this problem, Akinwumi Damilola, launched thesocialMART on September 26, 2017. It is an online platform that helps organisations and individuals increase their audience base by driving traffic to their social media handles.

How thesocialMART works

Users register on the platform, then select a desired service amongst the various other services. The user is redirected to an “order” page where they can make specific demands based on the number of “likes” or “followers” required on their social media handles.

The platform makes use of an e-wallet which can be funded either through bank payments, deposit by support centre, bitcoin or coin payment, which can be bought from coinpayment.net. Users can also keep track of their orders.

Although the startup recognises WebCoreNigeria and TSM House Africa as competitors, it is optimistic that offering quality, affordable and prompt services will make it stand out and become more desired by clients.

If you wish to get more followers on your social media handles, you may give this platform a try.
