IBM West Africa is Hiring: Software Leader based in Lagos

US-based multinational and technology consulting company, IBM, is looking to higher a smart individual to lead its West Africa software division from Lagos, Nigeria.

As Software Leader West Africa, you will be responsible for "achieving the Software targets for West Africa (Revenue transactional and Stream, Profit, and Cash flow growth), executing the cross-Software group strategy for the market, and developing strategies according to the market and region size, capabilities, and critical mass". Other responsibilities include developing software strategy and driving sales, pipeline management and progressions,  as well as managing resources and skills development.

 

Interested applicants are required to have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years experience in cultivating client relationships, driving business performance and software business, among other things. They must also be fluent in English (obviously) and preferably also hold a Master's Degree.
